My husband and I love this place! We decided to sign up for a 10-meals-a-week plan and have been so impressed with the variety of meals and the quality! We split the meals so we have something easy and healthy to eat every day for lunch during the week. We’ve tried a few similar places to use for lunches and fed up is the most delicious by far!
These meals have saved my life! It’s a relief to have freshly prepped meals when life is so busy. This location is very clean. They are so good to work with! They always accommodate my busy schedule and I’m so grateful!
So glad I found Fed Up Kitchen! I started their 4-week program wanting to lose the last 10 pounds I haven't been able to lose after pregnancy, and within a month I am down almost 4 pounds. The macros for each meal are so helpful to know, and the high-protein meals really help to keep you in a calorie-deficit (if that's your goal). Customer service is top level and cost is very reasonable.

Absolutely love Fed up kitchen! I’ve been looking for something like this for awhile. I love the affordability aspect, convenience, no grocery shopping or meal prepping! I am a new first time mom and this is so helpful for me. It’s all done for you, fresh, not frozen, and ready to eat. These ladies are so sweet and helpful. I’m obsessed. Fed Up Kitchen has been a massive help in my fitness goals. They always say weight loss happens in the kitchen and this kitchen has definitely helped me there. They communicate well if there are any changes to what I expected and they are very willing to work with me if I can’t make it in time for the regular pick up slots. Tanis has been a huge help in keeping my meal prep easy and affordable. 10/10 would recommend!
The best meal prep program I’ve ever tried. The other ones get boring or repetitive or aren’t actually that healthy and kind of taste like microwave food. Not Fed Up! All their meals are tasty and high in protein, and it takes such stress off of my life to know I’m eating healthy effortlessly.
